What we collect, and why

Last updated 6 October 2026

What you give us

When you order the Analysis Book we keep your name, phone number, email and delivery address so we can send the book and confirm the order. When you enrol we also keep your college, your Facebook profile link, your photo, the address for your book, your bKash number, the transaction ID and the amount, so we can check the payment and open your student account. We keep these for as long as you are a student with us.

Cookies and measurement

With your permission we use two measurement tools, both loaded through Google Tag Manager:

  • Meta Pixel. Tells us which of our Facebook and Instagram adverts brought people to the site and which led to an order or an enrolment, so we do not waste money showing adverts to the wrong people. It may also be used to show our adverts again to people who visited this site.
  • Microsoft Clarity. Records anonymous playbacks of how pages are used — where people click, how far they scroll, where they get stuck — so we can fix the confusing parts. What you type into a form is hidden from these recordings.

Neither runs until you press Accept on the cookie bar. If you press Decline, or simply ignore it, nothing is stored and nothing is sent. You can change your mind by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, which brings the bar back.

Matching an order to an advert

If you accepted cookies and then order the book or enrol, our server tells Meta that the order happened, along with a scrambled form of your email address, phone number and name, and of your city and country where we know them. The scrambling is one-way: Meta can check each one against what it already holds to see whether you came from one of our adverts, but it cannot read any of it back out, and we never send any of it in plain form.

If you reached us by clicking one of our adverts, we also pass on the reference Meta put in that link, so the order can be matched to the advert that earned it. It identifies the click, not you, and it is kept for ninety days.

This is the same conversion the advert system already sees from your browser — sending it from our server too simply means it is not lost when an ad blocker or a phone setting hides it. If you pressed Decline, none of this is sent, and the advert reference is never written down in the first place.

What we never do

We do not sell your details. Nothing readable about you goes to anyone: where the advert system is told about an order, every personal detail in it is scrambled one-way first, as described above. Your delivery address, your marks and your exam results are never sent anywhere at all. We do not post anything to your Facebook account. Marks and exam results stay between you, your teachers and us.

Your choices

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — except where we must keep a record of a payment. Write to +880 1633-330404 on WhatsApp, or use the contact details in the footer.

Changes

If we add or remove a measurement tool we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
